5. Researched Work - The introduction of a professional chef in the staff implies how much research has been put particularly in food-related scenes.

6. Comedic Nature - It has very funny moments throughout each episode.

7. Great Animation - Animation is fluid, consistent and extremely well done.

Following the manga, the anime made a very good job at highlighting the great aspects Shokugeki No Soma has. It has been very well taken in by the audience regardless of it being a cooking manga/anime. Production of a second season is also underway (airing July 2016).
