Is It Fair For A Manager To Take All The Blame When A Team Doesn't Perform?
This is mostly cause of Ranieri, last season he took Leiceiter a team no one thought had any chance of winning to the Epl title,chances were stated to be 5000-1 but this season they're struggling being close to relegation.
Arsenal is another case were there are calls for the manager to get sacked after the 5-1 thrashing from Bayern.
This happens all the time with the bigger clubs but clearly everyone can have a bad season, the players themselves can under perform as is the case with Leiceter considering this is the same squad that won last season.

Clothes Swap Drawing Game
How it works:- Anime: One Punch Man
- You have 60 minutes to create a clothes swap drawing of 2 characters I will state once the game starts.
- Every crew member who is online can join.
- Drawing Material: The drawing has to be done with pen & paper, no digital drawings, no drawing pads. Coloring the drawing is allowed.
- Clothes Swap: The given character has to be drawn in the clothes of the other given character. E.g. if the theme characters were Tatsumaki & Fubuki, you'd have to draw Tatsumaki with Fubuki's clothes. Key is to make sure the clothes are recognizably those of the other character. Whether you keep the original clothes size or make them fit on the new character as if natural is up to you.
- You are not allowed to add your own name, jolly roger, or any kind of signature the drawing.

Scoring- I will assign points to the drawings, based on different categories like creativity, quality of the drawing, fulfilling of the theme, etc.
- Drawings without clothes swap will be disqualified.
- The drawings will also be put to vote, and the users can vote for the best drawings. The 3 drawings with the most votes will gain some extra points.
- The highest scoring drawing of a crew will equal the crew score.

One Piece Picture Quiz
This is a new version of the game Who am I?. I will post parts of the feet or legs of One Piece characters, and you have to find out the correct character. As simple as that.
Gameplay & Rules:- Anime: One Piece
- Duration: 40 minutes
- Participants: Every crew member who is online can join
- Number Of Pictures: 30 in total, separated in 3 rounds: I will post 10 pictures per round
- Time To Answer: 20 minutes (round 1), 10 minutes (round 2), 5 minutes (round 3)
- How To Answer: Post your answers as one complete list, that means your single post should contain the answers to all 10 pictures of a round. Do not make a new post for every single picture!
- Attempts To Answer: Every user can only post one answer per round, so 3 posts in the entire game. The first post you make counts, changing you answer is not possible.

Melodifestivalen 2017 - Final!
Melodifestival(lit. translation: Festival of Melodies) is the biggest televised event in Sweden. It's a competition during 5 weeks to decide the Swedish representative in Eurovision Song Contest. Well at least technically, if you've witnessed the event you'll realize that it's like Sweden's own version of music super bowl. 12 out of 28 performances are chosen to once again perform in the grand final. 28 performances have been witnessed and 8 have gotten a ticket to the final which takes place this Saturday. 4 spots remain, those 4 will be decided between clashes of the performances that ended up in 3:rd or 4:th place in respective heat. This event for the final 4 spots will take place this Thursday, and it's called "Andra Chansen"(lit. translation: Second Chance).
I thought that I could make a list of all the finalists and the participants in "Andra Chansen" and see which one you guys would go for. This years participants are really good, Loreen who won the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 is one of the participants, Avicii wrote the song "As I lay Me Down" by Wiktoria and the better version of Sara Larsson, Lisa Ajax participates with the song "I Don't Give A". Make sure to check out all the 16 songs!
