Will We See Pro-Heroes Outside Japan?

At this point in the series we have only seen Japanese pro-heroes. We know that Kōhei is a big fan of US comic books and has modeled All Might in that way. So I have two questions:

1. Is the ranking system of pro-heroes exclusive only for Japan?
2. Will Kohei show us heroes outside Japan?

Have you watched this movie? What did you think of it? Despite the somewhat cheesy name and bad trailer, it is actually a very good movie, one I greatly enjoyed. I highly recommend it if you are not anti Rom-Com

If destiny strikes and something happens to Oda so that he cannot continue with One Piece, would you want someone else to finish the series?

Oda dies or loses his memory:

Should someone else finish it? Maybe Oda already planned for that? Or should it never be finished at all then?

Oda lives but loses the ability to draw & write:

Would you want Oda to reveal the main plot all at once in an interview? Or would you want someone else to draw the Manga while Oda tells him what to draw and write? Or should One Piece just end then, too?

Movie Villains In Dragon Ball Super

(Roughly starts around 0:28)

The preview from Dragon Ball Super Episode 75 showed us something quite interesting.
We not only have our first canoncial female super sayian for the first time in 33 years of Dragon Ball history, but this particular female is basically a female Broly!

We don't know anything about her as of yet, except for a brief look we had at her design.
The fact that she is so similiar to Broly and thus a saiyan suggests that she is from Universe 6 as we don't know about any other universe besides 6 and 7 that gave birth to saiyans, but that's about it.

Though this also brings up the question if we'll see other villains who are based on villains from movies!
A version of Cooler might exist in Universe 6 as well, maybe even in the form of a relative of Frost.
Other beings like Hirudegan, Janemba or Hatchiyack or the respective heroes and secondary villains of their movies might exist in other universes as well.

What do you expect from this female Broly and would you like to see other villains who are inspired by movie villains or do you dislike the idea?
