Armament Haki Vs Zoan

Allright, as we all know, Armament(or Busoshoku if you want to use that instead) Haki is the best way for people without a Devil-Fruit to fight Devil-Fruit users. It allows you to touch Paramecia and Logia users, or as the OnePiece wiki describes it: “This type of Haki also has the ability to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user whose body has been altered by their fruit in any way, touching the "substantial body" beneath whatever protection the fruit provides, such as the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Logia or Paramecia users.” However, what about Zoan Devil-Fruit users? They have a body that can be touched. Their is no defense that the Devil-Fruit creates that you have to go through to touch their real body. The only thing that changes about the body is that you can turn it into an animal. Animal bodies are still solid though, they are not intangible or confusing to deal with/make contact with it. So, my question is this:

How does Armament Haki help against a Zoan Devil Fruit?
