The thought sprung up in me the second time i was watching the soul society arc and noticing all the minor details foreshadowing a traitor amongst the ranks
To be honest i never felt than Gin or byakuya was the one pulling the strings
but i kinda of suspected Ukitake was the big baddie instead of aizen(The 1st time viewing)
All this was shattered when Aizen was revealed to be the mastermind behind the whole fiasco
So in short, do you think bleach could have been better if Aizen as a straight up good but UKitake was evil
(essentially if both of them switched their roles in the series).
