Now that the chapter 824 was released, it became clear that Jewelry Bonney is not the Sanji's bride. But we know that she has some sort of secret. And now I will explain why I think she is the older Sanji's sister.
I first started thinking about this hypothesis after seeing this picture of her, and think they look a bit. Specially before the timeskip.

So I read again the chapter 812, where Capone "Gang" Beige says:
"The groom, will be the Vinsmock family's third son, Sanji "

The common mistake with this phrase, is to think that he would have two older brothers. When in fact it's not specifying the gender of their older siblings. So might be:
1. Two brothers.
2. A brother and a sister.
3. Two sisters;
Something common in monarchies and criminal groups is the fact that the first male child, inherit the kingdom or organization leadership. And Sanji is the heir of the Germa 66 organization, something proven in chapter 824.

For this reason, the alternative that he has two older sisters makes more sense.
Thereafter I started to pay attention to some other similarities.
1. Both are linked to food. He is a chef and she is a glutton.
2. Both have had harsh behavior with Zoro.

The phrase "When I heard that you had fled the goverment, a chill went down my spine" was used by Fleet Admiral Akainu, and then, "Vinsmock? A name that really sends a chill down my spine", used by Brook. Both used "chill down my spine", the only two times that this term was used in the manga.
Thinking of her being a Vismock, helps to understand the fact that she had not been killed by the Black Beard and by Akainu. Let us also remember that we have not seen an update of her bounty poster after the timeskip. It could be "only alive" now.
Add to that the fact of they did not see themselves till this point, and the curly eyebrows can be a feature only of Vinsmock family's men. Besides the fact that it would be interesting for the first time in the story of One Piece, see Sanji looking indifferently to a beautiful woman.
