In the end of season 3 episode 5 it's confirmed that Clementine will return in a new story, which means a season 4. (Unless Telltale decides to end the series for some reason, but until then let's say there will be a season 4).
Besides that she is going to find AJ., nothing is known. So there is a lot of things they can do with the game.
