Scenario:
Light finds out that there is a man in area of Germany and Czechoslovakia who is killing numerous people. He decides to bring him to God's justice and forms a headquarter in Berlin. Johan finds out that Light is after him and wants to kill him for fun.
So who lives and who dies? Can Light with the power of Death Note kill a perfect human being with no known name who is able to actually persuade people of killing themselves? And can Johan actually kill a a man with God's power in his hand?
