Chapter 861 revealed the face of Mother Carmel:



1.) Is she someone we know already?

When I saw her picture, 3 people came to mind immediately:


Miss Bakkin, Gloriosa, and Tibany

2.) What is her relationship to Big Mom?
Real mother? Foster mother? Savior?
"Mother" is most likely a title, common for members of religious groups, institutions, or anything similar. Her robes remind of a nun, too.
