Obra's brief hitory:

You guys remember this little creature? He was a Raven Tail mage who controlled puppet and had the ability to cancel Magic.

After Laxus manhandled Raven Tail, Obra escaped his puppet and promised he will see Fairy Tail once more.

Later he is seen with Zeref,

meaing that most probably he is Zeref's ally. I think this is how Zeref actually knows about Fairy Heart. Being that as a part of Ravel Tail it was Obra main mission to get his hand on Mavis' body.

Now take a look at Spriggan 12:

Those are all 12 members:

Serena, ?, ? , Bradman, Dimaria, Ajeel, August, ?, ?, Invel, Wahl, Brandish. Two of the question marks are Nienhart and Jacob though I can't figure what shadows are they. 2 and 8 maybe?

Nevertheless, there it is: 12 Spriggan.

But take a look at Wahl. There is a little creature standing on his shoulder.

So I think this little dude on Wahl is actually Obra.

What if real form is also a puppet? Controled by Obra?

Obra is Zeref's ally, he informed Zeref about Fairy Heart, something like Obra has been noticed to sit on Wahl shoulder much like Obra used to do with his puppet in Raven Tail and Wahl's body is/could be a puppet.

The biggest flaw would be species. Cause Wahl said he was a machias or smth like that.
