Fact: Oda mentioned that Zoro's specialty is arm haki while Luffy's is conquerors in an SBS. But that didn't mean Luffy's arm haki was inferior to Zoro's. Post time skip scenario: Post time skip we've seen Luffy fight stronger arm haki opponents like Doflamingo and Cracker whereas Zoro has only fought Pica and many fodder characters. We haven't seen Zoro break much of a sweat yet. There is also no doubt that Luffy's arm haki is maturing with every fight. Gear 4 is heavily dependent of arm haki too. |
Finally the key to beating admiral and yonko level characters will also heavily depend on arm haki so the future pirate king and his first mate are surely going to become haki monsters towards the end of the story or at some point.
