Could Saitama Lose His Power?

Saitama's baldness may be part of his charm, but due to the strangely normal way that he claims to have obtained his immense power- the "100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 10km running, every single day" method,
and doing so losing his hair, is there a possibility that one day he might find his hair growing back?

Besides the fights he has with mysterious beings and other villains, there is no real evidence of him training.
Could Saitama eventually lose his power without training as he once did?

The hair growth in this scenario would therefore signify the slow loss of his power, and he would soon no longer be able to properly defend himself against his enemies.

Would he lose his power in another way if his hair started growing? Or is his power infinite?

What do you think would happen if Saitama started seeing his hair grow back?
