In the last 2 chapters, Luffy's been pretty clear about what he will do, or rather not do, from now on: Move an inch & eat a thing until Sanji returns!

What will Oda do with Luffy?
Luffy's promises (no matter how much % stubborness they contain) are rock-solid, yet will Oda really not use Luffy at all for the next big part of the arc? After all, there is a lot to do before Sanji can return (with food) to Luffy's spot.![(?)]( "(?)")
Unless Oda creates continuous action at Luffy's spot, the Straw Hat Captain will not have much of a role on Whole Cake Island in the near future. How will Oda handle that? There are also scenarios in which Luffy keeps his promise, yet still leaves the spot, e.g. by being knocked unconscious and carried away.
So my question to you is:
