Let me tell you about a Tale about the Monkey God and no its not about the Chinese Monkey King tale about Son Wukong but another…
In this theory, Luffy’s powers will be the awakened Monkey God, Hanuman and his fight with Blackbeard, the Demon King. This fight was fated but would Luffy land the final blow?
Here is a video of the theory if you want to listen to it
The acts of Marshall D. Teach on his journey to gaining power has resulted in Luffy’s suffering but most notably the death of Portagas D.Ace
The fight battle between Monkey D.Luffy Vs Marshal D Teach was bound to happen due to the result of this, but not this reason alone is has made them destined to fight…..it was their fate.
As we all know that Monkey D.Luffy is based of Son Goku from the Dragonball series and Son Goku was based of the Monkey King Son Wukong.
However, in Flying Panda style, I will explain to you a different tale and its not about the Monkey King but a God who was half monkey.
Hanuman
Luffy is based of Hanuman, the monkey deity renowned for his courage, power and faithful self service
Hanuman had superpower so great that he could easily defeat an elephant by altering his size.
Hanuman can easily be small and easily be big, almost like how we have seen Luffy altering his size
Hanuman was devoted and had admiration for another God, and that God was Rama. Rama is one of the many popular deities in Hinduism also known as the protagonist of the Hindu epic Ramayana, which narrates his idealistic ideas and his greatness.
But which One Piece Character is based on Rama? Who does Luffy really admires but lets talk about that later.

In regards to his birth, some say Hanuman was born of the King and Queen of the Monkeys. To others Hanuman was the son to Vayu, who was also known as the Wind God.
It is know that Luffy is the son of Monkey D.Dragon and we have speculated that Dragon has the Wind Devil fruit and does this theory give you more evidence of this?

One of the main enemies that Hanuman has fought throughout the story has been sent by one demon and that is the Demon King, Ravana.
Here a picture of him,

Ravana is depicted and described as having ten heads, Ravana was not named so since birth. He was Dashagriva or Dashanana (demon with ten heads)
if you haven’t guessed it yet, Blackbeard is based of Ravana. Instead of ten head, the flag has 3.

Ravana was given this name due to when he was stabbed in the foot, he would let out blood-curling screams in agony, he came to be known as Ravana (one who screams). It could also be an oppostite where Blackbeard has made lot of people scream due to his actions.
One thing that interests me is that Ravana was not only a stupendous fighter, but also an expert of astrology.
Its quite interesting that Blackbeard had proved that he had knowledge even read the Devil Fruit book so it would not come as a big surprised if he was actually educated.
We have seen him as a child with Moon, does this imply that there is something on the moon or space that he is fascinated or even destined to be?

Another thing about Ravana was that he was an expect in Vedas, which is text originating in ancient india. Is this implying that Blackbeard can read the Poneglyph? Anways that a different theory.
Ravana had a brother name Kumbhkaren that was said to be the biggest life form to exist on earth. This does draw similarities to Sanjuan Wolf who is the biggest creature in One Piece

On to the final part now, which is the Battle between Hanuman and Ravana
When the two fought Hanuman fell into a swoon when hit by Ravana, this would be similar to when Blackbeard uses his fruit powers so other fruit users cant use it.
When Ravana was hit by Hanuman, Ravana recovered quickly and got up to fight again. This could be similar to Blackbeard’s endurance when he keeps getting attacked.
Hanuman salutes Ravana for his energy and strength and declines to fight Ravana any further
In the final battle verses the Demon King, Ravana, Hanuman did not participate knowing the strength of Ravana
Instead in was defeated by Rama, who Hanuman deeply admires.
Who in One Piece is Rama based on?
Who does Luffy admires and does it makes sense that this person lands the final blow on Blackbeard? Leave your comments down below.
