Through The Woods

A mother searches through a forest in Norway for her missing son. Through reactive narration, the player experiences the mother’s re-telling of the events surrounding her son’s disappearance. Players follow the path of a terrified woman who has forced herself to enter this terrible place for the sole purpose of finding her son. The story is heavily influenced by Norse mythology. Her son has been kidnapped by a mysterious being called Old Erik, who she wants to kill.

The game will feature dynamic lighting which will play tricks on the player. The sound will also deceive the player. As the player explores the woods they will find many hidden caves and passageways containing secrets.
