It took Naruto to go into SKCM (possibly RSM) to take down Toneri. He did that swiftly but it should be noted that his taijutsu, chakra control, ninjutsu got quite impressive after the war.
So can one Rinnegan Senjutsu fueled Madara take down TCM Toneri? And why so?
