The World Noble Banner Choice is a special feature for all World Nobles: At the start of each month, @Shooter usually presents a new World Noble banner, and all World Nobles can vote either for the new banner or the old/current banner.
If at least half of all World Nobles vote for the new banner, we will switch it. We currently have 18 World Nobles, that means 9 votes are necessary for a change.
This time, with fall season upon us and Halloween at the end of the month, I decided for an appropriate theme:
