It seemed as though he might be done helping (as he repaid his debt) but that wouldn't make much sense because if he doesn't help the world will end (it still might but you gotta try). Now I have a feeling like his powers will help them to defeat Ywach. Due to their nature in changing the past just as Ywach changed the future. Now i'm a tad bit to lazy to come up with a theory as to how this will help them but I'd love to hear what you guys think.
P.s. Do you think Tsukishima actually alters past events or just people's memories of events. I lean towards altering events because he was able to add traps to the area where he was fighting Byakuya but Ive heard arguments for "only memory".
