Urek Mazino is the fastest ranker to climb the tower. It only took him 50 years to clear all tests. He is infamous within the tower and regarded as one of the top 5 strongest rankers. As the strongest currently active Ranker, as an Irregular and as one of the founders of the Wolhaiksong, Urek Mazino is one of the most influential and feared people inside the Tower.
We know that Ha Yuri Zahard somehow acquainted with Mazino and she had a certain level of involvement in the creation of Wolhaiksong. We saw her smile and even called him weird when Mazino's name was mentioned by Baam. She once said Urek is 'the best to fight with, but the worst to live with'.
