The Elite Four are the four strongest Pokemon Trainers in their respective region, excluding the Champion.
They specialize in 1 type and upon first challenging them, usually have either 4 or 5 Pokemon in their party.

2): At least 3 different Pokemon generations must be represented

3): No same Pokemon twice (Same Evolution-line is allowed)
4): No Mega or Legendary Pokemon
