Is A New Rinnegan Form Possible?

Rinnegan is one of the three Great Dōjutsus of the show and is often reputed as the most powerful one.

So far in the series we've seen 3 Rinnegan types:

The one Madara awakened, the one that was possessed by Nagato/Obito and presumably by Hagoromo.

The one held by Momoshiki. It differs from regular (original) Rinnegan in terms of color and some power used. This one is red.

And the third one we saw is the one awakened and wielded by Sasuke Uchiha. His Rinnegan is purple like the regular one, but what is different is the six tomoe his Rinnegan possesses which is similar to the dojutsu of Uchiha Clan, the Sharingan.

Being that it was awaken from Sharingan, Sasuke could still use his Sharingan jutsus, he could use Six Paths Techniques (Depa and Preta Path were seen). He could use it to see invisible targets, repel the effects of the Infinite Tsukuyomi and turn his Susanoo into a vessel for the tailed beasts' chakra.

Let's dismiss the regular one/red one and keep an eye on Six Tomoe Rinnegan.

Among all abilities that this eye grants the user, what is most interesting is the fact that this Rinnegan allows dimension travelling:

There is only one eye we saw that was able to travel dimensions at the same level as tomoe Rinnegan. And that is Rinne Sharingan, the progenitor of the Rinnegan and Sharingan!

Let's take a sec and compare these eyes:

1. Eye pattern is basically the same: ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeball, with sclerae and irides, containing a pattern of nine or six tomoe.
2. They both allow dimension travelling at very high level.
3. Rinne Sharingan is red | Tomoe Rinnegan is purple
4. Rinne Sharingan has 9 tomoe | Tomoe Rinnegan has 6

Let's recall the original Naruto series. In chapter 27: Awakened Sharingan in the heat of battle with Haku, Sasuke manages to awaken Sharingan once again (or use it again, whatever):

But as we could see then, it wasn't the complete 3 tomoe Sharingan! One eye has 2 tomoe the other eye has one.

But after years of training, all Uchihas manage to develop the complete Sharingan:

And what usually follows the complete Sharingan (if certain condition are made) is his new evolution stage, aka Mangekyō Sharingan.

This gave me an idea:

If a Sharingan can go from 1 to 3 tomoe, could tomoe Rinnegan also go from 6 to 9 tomoe after some period of time?

If so, would tomoe Rinnegan then become Rinne Sharingan or would it evolve into some kind of new Rinnegan, smth like Mangekyō Rinnegan that is final form of Rinnegan before it can evolve into Rinne Sharingan (S-MS-R but here it would be R-MR-RS)?
