So as the reasonable readers expected, God Serena isn't dead just yet:
It looks like August sealed him temporarily, to keep him alive, or maybe to even heal him? So the initial idea (I think first mentioned by @Fulcrum), that August was saving God Serena with his magic before starting his way to the Fairy Tail Guild, became true it seems.
But what exactly is August's ability? And in what state is God Serena? Can Serena fight again so soon after what happened to him?
